How do I find the USB Vendor ID?
Serial number, model number and firmware version
If you need to contact NextWindow technical support, please list the model number and serial number of your touch screen. These numbers are printed on a label on the back of the unit. If the label is obscured, the numbers can also be displayed by the USB Config program.
In USB Config, the Info tab displays the serial number, the model number and the firmware version of the unit.
Which display models are suitable for use with NextWindow's touch overlays?
NextWindow's touch overlays are made in standard sizes designed to fit many manufacturers' display models.

How do I find the USB Vendor ID?
In NextWindow's utility program, USB Config, the Info tab displays the serial number, the model number, the USB ID numbers and the firmware version of the touch screen that is connected to the PC.
You can also view the USB ID numbers in Windows Device Manager as illustrated below.
