Finding the Serial Number, Model Number and Firmware Version

These numbers are printed on a label on the back of the unit. In case the label is obscured, the numbers can also be displayed by the USB Config program.

In USB Config, the Info tab displays the serial number, the model number, the USB settings and the firmware version of the unit connected to the PC.

Utility Software Versions

NextWindow USB products do not require special software or drivers to run; the touch screen communicates directly with the computer’s operating system via the USB interface. However, an optional USB Configuration program that allows you to change various default settings is available in the Touch+ software suite. Touch+ also provides a driver and configuration program for serial applications (a serial interface is available on the 2403 Touch Panel Overlay).
