NextWindow 2102 Touch Frames are made to fit particular manufacturers' display screens. The touch frame consists of a low-profile aluminium frame permanently bonded to glass.

Some constraints apply in the available dimensions, depending on the aspect ratio. Please quote the overall dimensions (X, Y), and the touch sensitive area dimensions (A, B) required.

Touchscreen Sizes

Maximum standard display size 67". For non-standard larger screens, contact NextWindow.
Minimum overall width (X) is 545 mm.
 Touchable area horizontal dimension A = X - 40 mm
Touchable area vertical dimension B = Y - 60 mm
The application design should have an allowance (d) at the top of the screen, where touch sensitivity is undefined. The undefined touch zone and hence the height of the touch sensitive area (B) depends on the size of the screen as follows:
  Screen size d (mm)
  Less than 46" 15 to 20
  46" to 57" 20 to 25
  Greater than 57" 25 to 30

Glass Options

4 mm glass recommended for screens smaller than 32".
6 mm glass recommended for screens larger than 32".
 Glass types
S   Standard
L   laminated
T  Toughened
Note: Glass of 3 mm or less cannot be toughened.
