NextWindow's products for the European market comply with EU Directive
2002/95/EC on the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in
electrical and electronic equipment (the RoHS Directive).
This Directive came into effect on 1st July 2006. NextWindow's products
put on the market after that date comply with the requirements.

WEEE (European Market)

NextWindow's products for the European market comply with EU Directive
2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (the WEEE Directive). The WEE Directive is concerned with separate collection and treatment of
waste from electrical and electronic equipment put on the market after 13th
August 2005.
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on the products indicates that the disposal of
the product must be separate from household waste.

NextWindow's products for the European market carry the CE mark.
